How to get "bulb muscles" through diet? Nutritionist teaches you must learn "4 major principles"

Can you get “bulb muscles” just by eating? Nutritionist teaches “Four Minute Needles”

Can “eating” help take care of your skin? Nutritionist Zhang Yuxi pointed out in a social post that good eating habits are no less important to maintaining skin condition than using bottles and cans every day. In addition to skin care products, people who love beauty can also develop the following four habits to help keep their skin radiant:

  1. Eat vegetables every day. Nutritionist Zhang Yuxi said that even if you eat out, you should try to develop the habit of eating vegetables. For example, you can order hot vegetables at snack bars, 2-3 servings of vegetables at buffets, and salads at fast food restaurants. You should consume at least 3 servings of different types of vegetables every day to maintain nutritional balance.

  2. Eat enough fruits. Eat more than 2-3 servings of fruits every day to supplement enough vitamin C and dietary fiber. Guava, kiwi, orange, and longan are all rich in vitamin C.

  3. Supplement vitamin C. Vitamin C provides powerful antioxidant and anti-aging capabilities and is an important factor in maintaining skin health. If you usually consume less fruits and vegetables, nutritionist Zhang Yuxi recommends supplementing your intake through vitamin C foaming tablets and other health products.

  4. Supplement collagen. Nutritionist Zhang Yuxi suggests that moderate collagen supplementation can help maintain skin elasticity and slow down aging. Powdered collagen can be added to daily drinks such as coffee and taken; while capsule collagen can be taken on an empty stomach for better results.

Don’t neglect the “3 habits” of exercising and getting enough sleep to help your skin look radiant

In addition to diet, a good daily routine is also a key factor in improving skin condition. Nutritionist Zhang Yuxi said that the following habits have positive benefits for the skin:

  1. Get enough sleep. Adequate sleep not only makes your complexion better, but also reduces dull skin, dark circles, etc. Poor sleep quality or staying up late for a long time will make your skin rougher, prone to acne, and fine lines may become more obvious. Nutritionist Zhang Yuxi said that sleep time should be maintained at least 6-8 hours a day. Sleeping well can naturally improve skin quality.

  2. Develop exercise habits. Exercise can not only help detoxify the body, but also improve the skin’s immunity and antioxidant capacity. Nutritionist Zhang Yuxi pointed out that you should exercise at least three times a week for more than 30 minutes each time. If time does not allow for long-term exercise, you can maintain your exercise habit through stretching or high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

  3. Take care of your skin regularly. In addition to assisting through diet and adjusting lifestyle habits, nutritionist Zhang Yuxi recommends that daily maintenance should be based on the principle of keeping skin hydrated, which will make it less likely to develop wrinkles and have fewer acne in pores. The following guidelines can be used as a reference for maintenance methods: moisturizing mask 2-3 times a week, cleansing mud mask 1-2 times a week, and firming/whitening mask 1-2 times.

Nutritionist Zhang Yuxi reminds the public that if you have any skin problems or diseases, it is recommended to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis first to avoid worsening of symptoms due to wrong maintenance methods. In addition, if you need to adjust your eating habits, you should contact a professional nutritionist to make adjustments based on your personal physique and living habits, which will help you implement your diet plan more efficiently.
